North Jersey Yoga

Mary is a certified E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor from Northern New Jersey.  She completed her first yoga teacher training at Highland Yoga in 2011 and is currently working toward her 500 hour certification in the Kripalu tradition of compassion.

Mary has been practicing yoga in her own life for nearly 15 years and leading practice in the lives of others for over 5 years.  Sharing health and wellness is a passion inspired by her own journey of healing through self care. Practicing acceptance, laughter and strength, Mary holds space and invites ALL to join her "on the mat" to face what comes up together.  Her instruction is informed and melodic.  Some of her favorite teaching styles are Vinyasa flow- linking breath with movement, Restorative yoga- taking time to unwind and Power Yoga- challenging the mind and body to form an alliance.  Her passion for inspiring others to practice a happy, healthy lifestlye is evident in her warm, welcoming smile.

Yoga welcomes us home to our very essence. It is a Practice of balancing... movement with stillness, fast-paced lifestyles with slow, even breathing and flowing with the tides, being present with the ups as well as the downs.
